MAVO Membership is available each year in December/January for the following year. 

However, if you would like to become a member still now, you can send me a request via email and I will personally handle this for you. The reason it's not publicly available is because it's too much to keep track of since the rate would change monthly based on how many months are left in the year. I may reconsider this for next year, but for now, the monthly rate is $18/month.  My email is val@midatlanticvo.com if you'd like to do this.
