Sponsorship Opportunities
We currently have the following Sponsorship Opportunities available for MAVO 2026 coming up on November 13-15, 2026:
Event Lanyard Sponsorship:
$500-$600 (depending on final attendance numbers)
This could be a collab with a few different people/companies if you choose.
Your company logo(s) would be printed on the lanyards along with the MAVO2026 event logo!
This is a great way to get a lot of exposure especially during the event.
We would also list you on the website as a Supporting Sponsor with a link to your website!
Swag Bag Sponsor:
The pricing here varies as typically swag bag sponsors send us something to include in the swag bag.
If you wanted to send us the bags themselves, we would need to approve the bag and design before you have them printed.
All swag bag sponsors need to be approved in advance and all materials that will go in the bags must be received by Val by November 1st.
**This option offers great exposure for the sponsor at the event. We would also list you on the website as a supporting sponsor and on opening and closing ceremony signage at the event.**
Supporting Signage Sponsor:
We are offering this option for those who want to show support for the conference but that don't have a big sponsorship budget!
$55 - Get your logo on digital signage for one day of the event.
$85- Get your logo on digital signage for two days of the event.
$105 - Get your logo on digital signage for all three days of the event.
(**Please Note: To be clear - digital signage is at the opening remarks at the beginning of each day, at lunch time on Saturday and Sunday and at the beginning or in the background at socials and at the closing ceremony. We don't have the capability or resources to do digital signage 24/day at the event.)
Website logo supporting sponsor with a link to your company website:
$60/month
This can be leading up to the event or in between events.
When you purchase this, you should note which months you are paying for so we can make sure we get your logo and link up during the correct months.
This is for the website only. You will not have your logo on items for MAVO2026.
Coffee Sponsorship Options:
$311 to sponsor a coffee station with another person/company.
$620 to have a coffee station with just YOUR logo/company by itself.
$1,240 to sponsor both a morning and afternoon coffee station.
All Coffee sponsors will be recognized publicly at the event and with signage at their coffee station. We will also be doing a blast on social media to recognize coffee sponsors.

Sponsor a MAVO Ticket Scholarship
Since our economy is pretty bad at the moment and many are struggling financially, I wanted to give this option for companies that want to help out.
Many would like to attend MAVO2026 and can't due to lay offs or other financial constraints. If you would like to sponsor a Ticket scholarship to MAVO2026, where you either pay for a ticket or two or ticket and hotel for 3 nights, we are offering this possibility. You would have to host the scholarship and choose the winner and pay for the ticket and hotel if you're including hotel. But it would be a nice way to give back to the VO community.
You will need to get permission from me to host a scholarship and then we can proceed with the details from there.
Right now, General admission for the conference is $655 + Wix fees. The hotel comes out to about $130/night after taxes.

Bronze Level Sponsorship:
$1,800
Recognition via signage at the conference, in social media blasts and on the website. Inclusion of your logo on our step and repeat banner. You can have an exhibitor table at the event should you choose to do so. You have the option to include something in our swag bag and/or offer a prize for our closing ceremony prize raffle!
Exhibitor Level Sponsorship:
$1,500
Recognition on the website, in social media blasts and on signage at the exhibitor space at the conference. You will have an exhibitor table at the event.
