About the event
Join Voice actress and Owner/CEO of Mid-Atlantic Voiceover, LLC, Val Kelly for this fun class called, "Building your VO Character portfolio. Whether you're into cartoons/animation, videogames, e-learning, narration, talking toys, or audiobooks, this class will help you to build your roster of VO characters to pull from for your next auditions.
Val will talk briefly about the process of developing a new character/voice. She will walk you through the process. In the remainder of the class, attendees will have the opportunity to be "VOICES ON" in a series of performances. Worried about being put "on the spot" - no worries, you have the option to not volunteer to perform as well. But this is a judgement free zone - and a great place to try out new voices and ideas for characters to see if they will work.
